Description

The hardest part of an investment banking internship isn’t the complex math—it’s the pace. If the first time you see a “no-mouse” Excel shortcut or a dynamic LBO model is during your firm’s training week, you are already behind.

This 5-day virtual intensive is a bridge between academic theory and the high-speed expectations of the desk. Drawing on my experience at firms like BMO Capital Markets, PwC, and A.G. Edwards, I will teach you the exact “street-standard” workflows that will make you a top-bucket performer from day one.

The Analyst Toolkit: Included with Enrollment

You aren’t just paying for lectures; you are building your professional library. Every participant receives:

  • The “No-Mouse” Shortcut Bible: My curated list of the high-speed Excel shortcuts that actually matter when the clock is ticking.

  • Professional Template Models: Plug-and-play, pre-formatted templates for 3-Statement, DCF, and LBO modeling to use as a reference throughout your internship.

The 5-Day Curriculum

  • Days 1 & 2: The Core Engine (3-Statement Modeling) Master the “no-mouse” workflow. We skip the basics and dive straight into building a fully integrated 3-statement model from scratch, focusing on the circularity and accounting integrity required for live deals.

  • Day 3: The Valuation Suite (DCF & Comps) Build a defensible DCF analysis driven by your Days 1 & 2 model. Then, pivot to market-based valuation by constructing professional-grade Public Comps and Acquisition Comps.

  • Day 4: The Buy-Side Lens (LBO Modeling) Step into the shoes of a Private Equity Associate. Using my Private Equity Case Template, you will build a Leveraged Buyout model, layering in debt schedules, entry/exit assumptions, and IRR sensitivity.

  • Day 5: Deal Mechanics & Data Power (M&A & Analytics) Wrap up with a Merger Consequences (Accretion/Dilution) model. We conclude with “Elite Excel” functionality—including advanced lookups and pivot tables—to ensure you can triage the massive datasets common in M&A.

The Investment: Premium Training, Direct-to-Student Pricing

Large-scale training firms often charge thousands for this level of intensive instruction. Because I work directly with students and early-career analysts, I offer this bootcamp at a fraction of the market rate.

  • Exclusive Coupon Codes: Reach out to me via email in**@*te.training or LinkedIn for unique codes that offer a significant discount compared to standard industry offerings.

Built for Your Schedule

I know that recruiting cycles and academic schedules are unpredictable. To ensure you stay sharp through your first day on the desk:

  • One-Year Video Access: You will receive access to my recorded course content which correlates to the week via a private portal. You will have full access for one full year, allowing you to review the material during your internship or full-time training.

  • Reinforcement: Includes access to modular quizzes and online content to sharpen your skills at your own pace.

Don’t just survive training—lead it. Become Day One Ready.
