Investment Banking Interview Prep (January 26th) – 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST

Participants in this workshop will gain an understanding of the key investment banking technical interview questions and answers. The investment banking interview prep course will cover the following topics: Financial Statement Analysis Valuation theory and methodologies Income statement analysis Balance sheet analysis Cash flow analysis Treasury Stock Method Accretion / Dilution analysis Leveraged Buyout analysis Target Audience: The seminar is designed for any student or professional interested in pursuing a career in investment banking. This course will be beneficial for participants pursuing analyst or associate roles in investment banking. Participant Pre-requisites: Participants are required to bring a laptop with Microsoft Excel. The seminar is optimized for Windows users, however participants utilizing Excel on Macs will be directed to change certain settings to optimize their experience for the workshop. In addition, an introductory level understanding of finance and accounting is helpful. Logistics: Participants will receive an email with course files prior to the course. No need to work on any of the files in advance, everything will be covered during the course.
