Mission

My mission is to democratize Wall Street level training across under-represented communities and sectors. I feel that everyone should have the opportunity to maximize their potential and work with confidence. I hope that with these skills individuals can even the playing field in their careers. You might be wondering – why Understanding The Enterprise? Well, it just works! My nickname Ute caught on in 3^rd grade and it has worked ever since! Further, this is not just training for microsoft excel! These programs help people develop a better understanding of accounting, finance, valuation and transactions!
